MUNICIPAL NON-PROFIT ENTERPRISE “MATERNITY HOSPITAL NO. 9” OF ZAPORIZHZHIA CITY COUNCIL

04.09.2024 – based on the results of open bidding with peculiarities, Ukrainian Archival Company won the procurement — Prozorro number UA-2024-08-21-004746-a, subject — CPV 021-2015 code 92510000-9 — Library and archive services which include: preparation and selection of the Customer’s documents for permanent and long-term retention, including:

1. Appraisal of the scientific and practical value of management documentation with page-by-page review.
2. Page-by-page review and verification of the availability of documents with permanent and long-term retention periods.
3. Formation and formalization of files in accordance with the “Rules for organizing records management and archival storage of documents in state bodies, local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations”, approved by Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine No. 1000/5 dated 18.06.2015 (hereinafter — the Rules):
   • arrangement of documents within the file;
   • numbering of file sheets;
   • drafting of the file certification inscription;
   • where necessary — an internal file inventory;
   • formalization of the file in accordance with the Rules, affixing archival reference codes and stamps.
4. Binding of files:
   • sewing with 4 stitches using heavy-duty thread;
   • hard cover;
   • covering of the file edge with leatherette (bumvinyl).
5. Compilation of inventories:
   • of permanent retention files;
   • of temporary retention files.
6. Drawing up acts on withdrawal for destruction of documents not included in the National Archival Fonds, in accordance with the Rules.

The total procurement volume was 1,000 files.

The Contract was performed in full without remarks.
