26.05.2025 – based on the results of open bidding with peculiarities for procurement — CPV 021:2015-79970000-4 — Publishing services (Services for binding archival and other documents), Prozorro number — UA-2025-05-16-001961-a, the Customer concluded Contract No. 37-125-01-25-01371 dated 16.06.2025 with Ukrainian Archival Company. The structure of services for binding archival and other documents includes: Cover preparation (cutting to the format according to the sample provided by the Customer). Cover pasting to the dimensions set by the Customer. Document gathering. Sewing of the book block with thread. Labeling of books (spine and cover). Cutting of documentation. Stitching of documentation. Edging. Folding. Removal of metal staples. Removal of documents from plastic sleeves. Formatting, trimming, and pasting of documents. Relocation of documents to the designated place of order fulfillment. Evening out the spine thickness of documents (using additionally manufactured inserts of various lengths and heights). Production of accounting documents in landscape and portrait A4 format, from 50–250 sheets, cover fully coated with bumvinyl, color as ordered. Procurement volume — 569 files. Works are scheduled through 31.12.2025 based on the Customer’s requests.
