MUNICIPAL ENTERPRISE OF THE EXECUTIVE BODY OF KYIV CITY STATE ADMINISTRATION “KYIVTEPLOENERGO”

01.06.2023 – With Ukrainian Archival Company a Contract was concluded based on the results of a simplified procurement on the SmartTender e-platform, as with the winner, for services under CPV 021:2015 — 79990000-0 Miscellaneous business-related services (Archival services for scientific and technical arrangement of documents) (Prozorro number UA-2023-05-18-012002-a). Purpose of the service — scientific and technical arrangement (archiving) of documents and files of management reporting and HR (personnel) documentation totaling 380 files. Formation and formalization of files was carried out in accordance with the “Rules for organizing records management and archival storage of documents in state bodies, local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations”, approved by Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine No. 1000/5 dated 18.06.2015; binding works were performed using: cardboard, thickness 1.2–1.8 mm, grade PKS-1, bumvinyl, dense nylon binding thread, thickness 0.7–1.3 mm. A copy of the file plan of records stored in the records management unit (indicating retention periods) was compiled.
