17.09.2024 – Contract No. 13/33731-R dated 17.09.2024 was concluded between Ukrainian Archival Company and PJSC “UKRNAFTA” based on the results of open bidding with peculiarities, Prozorro number — UA-2024-07-26-006049-a, subject — 79990000-0 Miscellaneous business-related services (Services for arranging the archival fonds for the needs of PJSC “UKRNAFTA”).
Under the Contract, the Customer was provided with services for arranging archival documents totaling 300 files. List of services provided:
– Arrangement of archival documents and files within the fonds to clarify and date them for 2019–2023
– Appraisal of the scientific and historical value and practical need for documents and files for 2021–2023 to select them for permanent, long-term, or temporary retention (with page-by-page review)
– Arrangement of files, formation of files from documents, and re-formation of files
– Drafting of a preface to the file inventories
– Compilation of file inventories
– Printing and formalization of file inventories together with consumables
– Binding of files
– Formalization of file covers
– Completion of title and certification sheets
– Numbering of sheets in files (standard A4 sheet)
– Numbering of non-standard format sheets
– Removal of staples from documents fastened with a stapler
– Affixing archival reference codes on file covers
– Drawing up acts on completion of document and file arrangement
