SOLOMIANSKYI DISTRICT STATE ADMINISTRATION IN THE CITY OF KYIV

23.08.2024 – Ukrainian Archival Company won the procurement for the subject — Miscellaneous business-related services under CPV code CPV 021:2015-79990000-0 (Service for appraisal of value and scientific and technical processing of documents of the Solomianskyi District State Administration in the City of Kyiv), and concluded Contract No. 106/108/10 dated 23.08.2024, under which the Customer was provided with a set of services for scientific and technical processing of documents, namely:

1. Appraisal of the scientific and practical value of management documentation and HR (personnel) records with review of document sheets subject to retention according to the file plan for 2018–2020
2. Arrangement of files after appraisal of management documents and files within the fonds by year:

• Formation of files from loose documents and re-formation of files;
• Arrangement of sheets into files;
• Drafting of file titles;
• Numbering of sheets in files;

– Formalization of title and certification sheets;

– Pasting of title and certification sheets;

– Affixing stamps on file covers.

3. Drafting of a continuation to the historical note for 2018–2020
4. Formalization of file inventories
5. Printing of inventories, the continuation to the historical note, and the act on withdrawal for destruction of documents not included in the National Archival Fonds (hereinafter — NAF)
6. Binding services for archival files (cardboard 1.5 mm)
7. Approval of inventories, the continuation to the historical note, and the act on withdrawal for destruction of documents not included in the NAF
8. Acceptance and handover of files after completion of arrangement works by the Contractor to the Customer

168 files were prepared for storage in the institution’s archive. The Contract was performed on time and in full.
