29.08.2024 – based on the results of open bidding with peculiarities, Ukrainian Archival Company, as the winner in two lots of the procurement, Prozorro number —
UA-2024-07-31-003504-a, procurement subject according to CPV 021:2015: 79971000-1 Binding and finishing services for books, signed contracts:
LOT 1 – procurement subject — CPV 021:2015: 79970000-4 Publishing services (Binding services and services related to binding).
Services were provided in accordance with the “Rules for organizing records management and archival storage of documents in state bodies, local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations”, approved by Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine No. 1000/5 dated 18.06.2015, the Contract requirements, and the applicable legislation of Ukraine.
Under the Contract, the Contractor provided the Customer with the following services totaling 220 files:
– Compilation of a historical note
– Appraisal of practical and scientific value with page-by-page review; determination and clarification of fonds affiliation of documents
– Arrangement of files, formation of files from documents, and re-formation of files
– Drafting of file titles
– Numbering of sheets in files
– Formalization of file covers and certification sheets
– Acceptance and handover of files after completion of arrangement works
– Compilation of file inventories
– Drafting of a preface
– Drawing up acts on selection of documents for destruction
– Arrangement of delivery of materials or files for binding works
– Binding works together with materials
– Approval at the State Archive
– Printing and formalization of inventories together with consumables
– Affixing archival reference codes on file covers with stamps
The Contract was performed in full within the established term.
