27.08.2025 – Ukrainian Archival Company and the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine concluded Contract No. 90 dated 27.08.2025 for the subject — 79990000-0 Miscellaneous business-related services.
The Customer was provided with binding services for 1,200 files. The following stages of the order were completed: sheet gathering, personalization of the binding cover, cutting of book cloth into flaps,
removal of metal paper clips and staples from files, attachment of flaps to the book block,
pressing of the book block, sewing of the book block with four stitches using special heavy-duty thread, and gluing of the spine and flaps of the book.
04.09.2024 – based on the results of open bidding with peculiarities, Ukrainian Archival Company won the procurement — Prozorro number UA-2024-08-21-004746-a, subject — CPV 021-2015 code 92510000-9 — Library and archive services which include: preparation and selection of the Customer’s documents for permanent and long-term retention, including:
The total procurement volume was 1,000 files.
The Contract was performed in full without remarks.
Through the joint efforts of the State Archival Service of Ukraine and seven Ukrainian archives holding archival documents related to the tragic events in Babyn Yar (the repressions of the 1930s, executions of prisoners of war and civilians during World War II, and the Kurenivka disaster of 1961), the UNESCO International Advisory Committee included the “Babyn Yar Documentary Heritage” in the Memory of the World International Register.
On 7 September in Babyn Yar near the Symbolic Synagogue, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Chair of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO Emine Dzhaparova presented a certificate to the Head of the State Archival Service of Ukraine Anatolii Khromov. Certificates were also presented to the heads of the state archives.
The following documents from the fonds of the State Archive of the City of Kyiv were included in the UNESCO Memory of the World International Register:
– decisions of the Kyiv City Duma on establishing and maintaining cemeteries in Babyn Yar and settling the adjacent area;
– minutes of meetings and decisions of the Kyiv City Council of People’s Deputies and its executive body, correspondence and findings of special commissions on memorialization and improvement of Babyn Yar, identification and reburial of executed prisoners of war and civilians, site survey reports, etc.;
– patient histories of the Kyiv Psychiatric Hospital;
– materials on the work and findings of the State Expert Commission establishing the causes of the 1961 tragedy, correspondence with the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Ukrainian SSR and state bodies, geological studies, etc.
